The Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice is no longer accepting submissions for Volume 30.

 

CJERSJ publishes three issues per year with Articles and Notes that cover a variety of legal topics such as employment law, health care, anti-racism, technology policy, human rights, international law, family law, civil rights, and criminal law. We seek well-written and well-researched Articles on topics that promote intersectional legal scholarship.
