We are interested in receiving scholarship year-round. CJERSJ publishes three issues per year with Articles and Notes that cover a variety of legal topics such as employment law, health care, technology policy, human rights and international law, family law, civil rights and criminal law.


Recent publications have included Articles and Notes on legal status of children and youth migrating to the U.S. alone because of parental abuse, neglect or abandonment, examination of the extraordinary talent visa process, a look at how the law treats the President’s twitter, the abuse and neglect of minors in polygamous communities, contraceptive equality and international efforts to combat and prosecute rape as a war crime.
