We are interested in receiving scholarship year-round. CJERSJ publishes three issues per year with Articles and Notes that cover a variety of legal topics such as employment law, health care, technology policy, human rights and international law, family law, civil rights and criminal law. We seek well-written and well-researched Articles, of topics that promote intersectional legal scholarship.

Please note that beginning with Volume 29, Issue 2, we are focusing each issue around a central theme.

Volume 29 Issue 2 will examine important legal questions regarding the nexus of reproductive healthcare rights, substantive due process rights, and those communities that are most affected by the newly released Dobbs decision.

We accept and manage all submissions through Scholastica.
